PROJECTS
St. Petersburg sees the opening of the first large scale shopping mall by the French Developer – Vinci Constructions Grands Projects. The 90 000 sq. m “Raduga” shopping mall will open its doors to customers on April 25, 2007.
ASTERA has been involved in the project from the very beginning; consulting VINCI Constructions Grands Projects on various ssues relating to the latter’s entry on the Russian market, assisting in carrying out various marketing studies as well as being appointed as the exclusive leasing agent for the project.
